  Ordered hamburger, should have been simple quick and good. Hamburger was over sized, overworked and tough - simply not very nice. Sent it back. Last here 2 yrs ago and food was very good. WHAT HAPPENED!

  Our go to local place for prime rib dinner. Went on Thanksgiving night asked for our usual, but was told they were serving thanksgiving special. Ended up with fish and chips and waitress updates dinner special chalkboard with, you guessed it, prime rib....

  Service is great. People are friendly. Right on the lake. And it's open late.

  Service was piss poor at best.. server was very rude and snappy. I had asked for a drink menu which was tossed on the table while she stood there waiting for me to order because obviously coming back would have been too much of a hassle... we waited an hour for wings, a burger and a salad. When we got the salad it was maybe half of a portion and the "grilled" chicken was either microwaved or boiled...beyond dry and cold, the orange in it looked like it comes from a fruit cup and the salad dressing only comes on demand but you also get a eye roll from your server when you ask for it. Even then It took 15 minutes to get It. It was beyond over priced for what we got. So if you're looking for expensive garbage that wouldn't qualify as dog food, orchard beach is the place for you!
